Welcome to Touch of Elegance Decor Design & Event Planner. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and bookings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Overview

We provide event planning, decor design, and coordination services. The scope, timelines, and specific details of each project are determined in written agreements or contracts with each client.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• 
  Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
• 
  Payment Schedule: Full payment must be completed 20 days before the event date.
• 
  Cancellation Policy:

• 
  Cancellations made more than 20 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.
• 
  Cancellations made within 20 days of the event are non-refundable.

• 
  Changes & Modifications: Any changes to the event or decor must be communicated at least 20 days in advance. Additional charges may apply for modifications.

3. Client Responsibilities

• 
  The client must provide accurate and timely information about the event requirements, venue, and any special needs.
• 
  The client is responsible for securing all necessary permits and venue permissions.
• 
  Any delays or issues caused by the client may affect service delivery, and we will not be held responsible for such delays.

4. Event Venue & Setup Requirements

• 
  We require access to the event venue at least 24 hours before the event start time for setup.
• 
  If venue restrictions limit our setup time or space, we are not responsible for any incomplete installations.
• 
  The client must ensure the safety of our equipment and decor items during the event.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• 
  While we strive to deliver exceptional services, we are not liable for:

• 
  Delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, venue issues, or third-party vendors.
• 
  Damage to property, decor, or equipment beyond our control during the event.

• 
  Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the booked service.

6. Use of Intellectual Property

All designs, themes, and decor setups created by Touch of Elegance remain our intellectual property. You may not use or reproduce these designs without our written permission.
